Included in our enrollment fee, BabySpace Coachella Valley requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot in any of our groups.
Requests for group change or cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date of the group. We cannot honor refunds after this time.
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of your group are eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable $100 deposit.

Due to the cohesive group setting, our policy does not allow for trial, make-up, or pro-rated group sessions.
The non-refundable group session fee is payable regardless of attendance.
